THE MASTER NEGOTIATORS is a small, family-owned company founded by Robert and Kathleen Foren in May 2007 that buys, rehabs, and leases nice homes in nice neighborhoods. A decade ago when my husband and I started this company, we knew we needed to find a stable investment to help fund our future retirement. Bishop T.D. Jakes once said, "If you can't figure out your purpose, figure out your passion. For your passion will lead you right into your purpose." Rob is a jack-of-all-trades, a do-it-all-Rob if you will, and has been doing carpentry, plumbing, tile jobs and flooring, making furniture, and property management since Building Trades in high school. I am a skilled computer geek, have a business major, and a background in customer service and office management. Before forming this company, we did our homework and got advanced training in real estate. I have certificates in Foreclosures, Lease Options, Asset Protection, Creative Financing, and learned everything I could about credit repair. Together Rob and I make it work with no employees, however, we do have an impressive 'Power Team' at our disposal whenever needed. What we quickly learned is that being successful in real estate was more about helping people than it actually was about real estate. Once you solve people's problems, the rest just falls into place. We are a BBB Accredited Business that offers safe, affordable housing to the public.
